These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and 701bet ("Platform", "we"). Using any feature of 701bet — including account creation, deposits, betting, casino game access, participation in promotions, and use of the VIP Program — constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each promotion available on the Promotions. In the event of a conflict, the more specific terms take precedence over the general ones.

701bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email and/or an in-platform notification. Continued use of 701bet after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To create a 701bet account and use its services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age complete;
• Be a resident of Brazil or have legal capacity to use the platform;

• Not having been previously banned or had an account closed by 701bet for violating the terms;

Account closure by 701bet: 701bet reserves the right to close or suspend accounts in the following situations:
